Dispatch & Handling

All orders are dispatched from Byron Bay, Australia. We aim to process and ship orders within 1–2 business days of purchase.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Method & Timeframes

We ship exclusively via Australia Post.

Estimated delivery times:

Metro areas: 2–5 business days

Regional areas: 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or remote-area routing.

Complimentary Shipping

Nu State offers complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders — no minimum spend required.

There are no handling or packaging fees.

If we introduce optional express or priority services, any associated costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to activate after the parcel has been lodged with Australia Post.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at hq@nustate.com.au with your order number and tracking information.

We will liaise with Australia Post to resolve the matter promptly and ensure you receive your products.

Risk & Title

Risk in the goods passes to you once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post.

Title (ownership) transfers only when full payment has been received by Nu State Pty Ltd.
